George was sworn in as an American citizen today. The ceremony was full of emotions, as was I. We held a reception this evening and friends and family came to congratulate George and wish him well. It was a wonderful day!
We are so happy for you and George. I heard about your upcoming move! What a adventure. Maybe you can now buy that rickshaw in Bangladesh and use it in the compound! Make sure you send us your contact info when you know it. We are all doing well. Mo is great being a full time mom. Taylor is a sophmore in High School and on the varsity volleyball team. Max is busy with 4th grade and such a joker - pretty funny. Elizabeth is loving middle school. On Monday we are all going to court, as I am adopting Elizabeth. Mom is flying out and all the other relatives are driving in for the ceremony and luncheon - we are so happy! Anyway, give my greetings to George and tell him congrats on his citizenship!
This blog was originally started when my daughter, Zeina, was born to help keep family that lived outside of North America up-to-date on Z's growth and progress. Since that time, my little family has left our home in Houston, Texas, and moved to Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. We hope everyone we love enjoys seeing what we are up to here in The Kingdom!
