Morocco: Zeina Rocks the Casbah!

We spent the day in Tangier, one of the oldest and most glamourous cities in Morocco. Tangier is only 40 minutes by fast ferry from the Spanish mainland. Here is Zeina standing in the window on the ferry. When she climbed up on the landing she said, "Mommy, please take my picture!"

Of course, we couldn't pass up an opportunity to ride a camel! While we were on the tour bus, we asked Zeina if she wanted to ride a camel and she shook her head yes. There was no hesitation about getting on this beautiful animal.

The baby camel was cute and Zeina was smitten by him.

We had lunch at a typical Moroccan restaurant, with local musicians and a Berber dancer. Here is Zeina clapping for the musicians. She was captivated by the music and spent the entire lunch gazing at the musicians. They returned her fondness and played special songs just for Little Z.
